Volunteers are also welcome to serve as readers/ evaluators of the nominees. Please contact Rob Bayliss ( rbayliss at ku.edu) if you?d be willing to help evaluate the nominations for either award. *The Walker Reid Comedia Production Prize* is awarded every three years to an outstanding production of a Golden Age play in any language. This prize, which is intended to encourage live performance of the great corpus of Hispanic classical theatrical texts and consists of a certificate and recognition on the AHCT website and conference program, will be presented to the winning producer, director, and company at the association?s annual symposium. Theatrical productions from 2017-2020 are eligible for this cycle. To enter a production into the competition, producers, directors, or companies should send a nomination letter that identifies the production, includes a link or attached copy of digital video of the production, and confirms the producer?s or director?s membership in the AHCT.
