[Comedias] Chamizal call for university productions

The Chamizal Siglo de Oro Drama Festival has a long history of
highlighting university productions, both in Spanish and in English. As a
matter of fact, the original mission of the festival--to foster and
promote production of Hispanic classical theater--counted heavily on
university language and theater departments to produce early modern
Spanish drama.

In keeping with this original mission, the organizers of the Chamizal
Siglo de Oro Drama Festival would like to encourage submissions from U.S.
universitites for inclusion in the 2020 lineup.

The dates for the Siglo de Oro festival will be April 15 to April 18,
2020.

Please contact either Superintendent Gus Sanchez (gus_sanchez at nps.gov) or
Gina Hernandez (gina_hernandez at nps.gov). They will receive all proposals
and/or inquiries.
