7, 2009. They will be distributed for approval at the next General Meeting, 
to be held at the Camino Real Hotel in El Paso, March 6, 2010, at 8:00 a.m. 
Corrections and amendments may be presented at that time, or forwarded 
prior to the meeting to the Recording Secretary.
