[Comedias] New AHCT Members’ Site

Dear Colleagues,

Over the next few days we will be phasing in our new membership database and website: http://www.ahct.echapters.com/

Once you have received a "welcome message" from the system, containing your username and password, you may login and view contact information for all active members. When you find your own record on the list it will have a button which allows you to edit your own data. Your information will not be shared with or be accessible to anyone who is not a member of AHCT. 

Members must log in to gain access to the membership roster and the AHCT newsletter or to conduct financial transactions. All financial transactions will be handled through a secure, PayPal-hosted page.

Through this site, using either a credit card or PayPal, you will be able to

·        pay dues online

·        request videos and pay borrowing charges online

·        register for the annual conference online

If you do not receive a welcome message by July 1, your membership status has lapsed and you will need to renew.  To renew please click on the JOIN US tab on the members’ site:   http://www.ahct.echapters.com/

I will be happy to entertain any questions or attempt to solve any problems you might have with the new site. If you spot an error, please be so kind as to indicate it to me so that I can rectify the mistake.
