AHCT MEMBERSHIP AND REGISTRATION
MEMBERSHIP
You must be
a member of the AHCT to register for the conference. If you are not currently a
member,
click here to become a member. Please note that all members of the Association
receive as one of their benefits a copy of the Association's journal, Comedia
Performance, issued annually.
REGISTRATION
The registration fee for
the conference for all faculty attendees, as well as for graduate students who
are reading papers or participating in a special session, is $90. This fee
includes conference attendance, the annual banquet of the AHCT in the Dome Room
of the Camino Real, transportation to and from the Chamizal National Memorial
every evening for the Theater Festival, coffee and refreshments during the
conference, and refreshments in the Hospitality Room after the evening
performances.
The fee for graduate students who are attending
the conference as auditors is $30. This fee includes all the events and services
mentioned above, except for the AHCT banquet. Those student auditors who wish to
attend the banquet are assessed an additional $15, payable at the time of
registration.
Payment may be made either by check or by Visa
or Master Card. To register for the conference, send your name, academic
affiliation, address, telephone, and e-mail address, with a check for $90 or the
appropriate credit card information (see below) to:

The deadline for registration is February 9,
2007. After that date, a late fee of
$10 will be assessed.
Checks should be payable to AHCT. Please
send separate checks for dues and registration, and please indicate at the
bottom left-hand corner of your check whether the payment is for dues or
conference registration.
For payment by credit card, please observe
the following guidelines. Amount of payment must be at least $15.00. Provide
your name, address in full (this must be the address to which your credit card
statements are sent), with zip or postal code and country if not USA, phone
number, credit card name (Visa or Master Card), credit card number plus the last
three digits on the back side of the card (a CVV number), expiration date, and
your signature. For security purposes, it is advisable to send this information
by standard mail rather than E-mail.

Finally, please note that the AHCT provides transportation to the performances at the Chamizal's Siglo de Oro Festival for conference participants. Volunteers are needed to drive vans from the hotel to the Chamizal National Memorial every evening, beginning Wednesday, March 2, 2006. Registration for the conference will be waived for van drivers.
